Dr. Corey Yeager’s new book, How Am I Doing?: 40 Conversations to Have with Yourself (Harper Celebrate; 10/18/22). As the life coach and psychotherapist to the Detroit Pistons, and most recently featured on Oprah and Prince Harry's The Me You Can't See on Apple TV+, Dr. Yeager delivers a book that offers 40 questions he uses with his clients to help you raise awareness of your thoughts and emotions and reconnect with who you want to be.
These 40 conversations help readers grow a practice of positive self-talk and answer questions like:
What makes me deeply happy?
How can I let go of my anger and guilt from the past?
What does living with intentionality look like for me?
How can I build trust and confidence in myself?
What makes me feel most alive?
What can I accomplish in only 23 seconds a day? (Hint: more than you think!)
Each of the 40 questions is paired with a short, thoughtful reflection from Dr. Yeager, along with prompts and self-care strategies to help readers know what to do in low or anxious moments.
