I have a background of 25 years working in energy and vibrational medicine as as practitioner and 18 years as a senior yoga, Ayurveda and meditation teacher/practitioner. I have learnt so much about leadership. Real leadership comes from within and there is no better time to start leading on this planet. Success in any undertaking is 98% your MINDSET and only 2% strategy. Leadership comes from within. I did a little navy seal training with Mark Divine (love him), he says, "the leader you are looking for is YOU." So true. When you do the internal work you are leading!
