In this episode of the podcast, Garrett discusses his book titled "Rich White Men: What It Takes to Uproot the Old Boys Club and Transform America." Neiman clarifies that the book is not about villainizing rich white men, but rather examining the concentration of power and resources in society.

He believes that if more rich white men made efforts to build relationships across differences and understand the lived experiences of others, their behaviors and attitudes would start to change. Neiman also highlights the struggle of wealthy individuals, especially wealthy white men, in knowing how to effectively use their resources to make a positive impact.
